Tesla coil driver family tree
Three lineages of solid-state Tesla coil drivers, SSTC, DRSSTC and QCW, with one man on all three. Each card is a documented driver or build with its sources, and each has its own address, so you can link to the exact board.
Twenty years of solid-state coiling are scattered across two forums, a dozen personal sites, GitHub, university repositories and threads that die when a host does. A newcomer can't tell which board came from which, and the people who know are tired of answering the same question. This tree tries to put that knowledge in one place, for beginners and old hands alike, with every claim linked to its source. The people behind the cards have their own pages under legends.
This is a first draft, put together by one person from what the builders themselves published, so there will be mistakes: a wrong date, a missing build, a board credited one step off. The plan is to make it a wiki. Once the editing tools are in, anyone with a profile above a certain trust level will be able to correct a card, add a build or fix a date directly, and every change will stay visible in the history. Until then, corrections go to the forum.
Every card on its own page
