UD2.7C: the universal DRSSTC driver kit by Gao Guangyan (loneoceans)

Three revisions in five months: an adjustable UVLO, better heat-sinking, a 24 VDC input fault fixed in Rev C. The QCW 1 ran on the Rev A schematic; Mathieu thm's record ran on a modified 2.7c; the through-hole crowd rebuilt it as UD2.9.
